XpressHR™ E-Verify Fully integrated with DHS and USCIS
As one of the first Designated Agents of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify Program (formerly Basic Pilot), XpressHR™'s E-Verify module performs complete employment verification and conducts verification queries to insure that U.S. citizens or non-citizens are eligible for employment. This robust module is fully integrated with the Department of Homeland Security’s Employer Web Service which provides the method to perform employment verification.
Once the XpressHR™ OnBoarding or the I-9 Verification process is completed, the employee identification information is automatically passed into the Web Service method. This method checks the data at the Social Security Agency (SSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and returns the eligibility statement to XpressHR OnBoarding™. The queue of steps in the E-Verify process depends on the eligibility statement returned from the Web Service on the Initial Verification Step.
XpressHR™ processes and manages all statements and steps returned, from Employment Authorized, through the Final Confirmation process. Throughout the process, notifications can be sent to managers or human resource professionals informing them of the verification status. At the end of each step, XpressHR™ stores the documents related to the status of each employee in a secure, certified environment as established by USCIS guidelines.
