Electronic Approval & Signature
The FormsOnDemand™ routing technology synchronizes users and groups through a single login and access point. The data auto-fill feature streamlines and improves the user experience by pre-populating the form and performing automatic look-ups to existing databases. Once the forms are completed they are automatically routed in accordance to the workflow rules and target users. Forms can also be electronically signed via Click signature technology. Upon signing, the forms are flattened, encrypted, time stamped and uploaded into a document repository for archival and future retrieval.
