XpressHR I-9 Plus

The XpressHR™ I-9 Plus product is a simplified version of the OnBoarding process where information only related to the employee’s I-9 citizenship status, proof of eligibility to work in the United States and job location/department data are collected. Federal W-4 and state withholding forms can also be included in this process.

Typically, the employee provides proof of eligibility to work in the United States at the time the I-9 Verification is initiated. XpressHR™ I-9 Plus uses data entry wizards to collect only the unique data required to fill out the forms. When a Remote Verification process is required, the I-9 Plus™ module is flexible enough to accommodate.

The data collection wizards complete the process in two easy steps:

I9 Verification Step – The Hiring Manager enters information regarding the New Employee’s citizenship status and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Signature Step – The Hiring Manager and New Employee are both available on site to sign all available federal I9 forms using the e-signature technology.
