E-Verify — As one of the first Designated Agents of the Department of Homeland's E-Verify Program (formerly Basic Pilot), XpressHR™'s E-Verify module performs complete employment verification and conducts verification queries to insure that U.S. citizens or non-citizens are eligible for employment. This robust module is fully integrated with the Department of Homeland Security’s Employer Web Service which provides the method to perform employment verification.

FormsOnDemand™ — provides users with a single point of access to all corporate and frequently used paper-based and electronic forms. Forms OnDemand™ allows users to create, process, route, track, manage, sign and approve employment, inventory, operations, finance, customer service, union or any other corporate, state or federal form.

I-9 Reverification — The I-9 Reverification Module notifies employers when an alien’s work authorization date is due to expire. The notice is sent 90 days in advance of the “Alien Work Until Date” on the I-9. The data collection wizards are divided into three easy to manage steps.

OffBoarding™
— allows a company to process employee terminations and accomplish deprovisioning. Whether an organization and its employee(s) separate in a voluntary (e.g., employee resignation) or involuntary manner (e.g., layoff or dismissal initiated by the company), the OffBoarding™ process wizards gather all termination-related information and trigger time-critical actions (e.g. conducting exit interviews, notifying payroll systems and benefits partners, etc.)

XpressHR™ I9 Plus — a simplified version of the OnBoarding process where information only related to the employee’s I-9 citizenship status, proof of eligibility to work in the US and job location/department data are collected. Federal W-4 and state withholding forms can also be included in this process.

Throughout the process, notifications can be sent to managers or human resource professionals informing them of the verification status. At the end of each step, XpressHR™ stores the documents related to the status of each employee in a secure, certified environment as established by USCIS guidelines.
